Handle all negotiations and carefully explain all written documents
Explain the procedure for a mortgage application and accompany you to a financial lender
Accompany you to settlement, explaining the entire process before, during, and after settlement

MY PLEDGE TO YOU AS A SELLER

I will assist you in selling your home for the highest possible price in the least amount of time. To market your home, I will:

Provide you with a complete Competitive Market Analysis
Implement and review a detailed marketing plan
Discuss and implement advertising including a personal profile of your home
Place a Jack Gaughen Realtor, ERA sign on your property to attract potential buyers
Submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service
Distribute information about your home to other brokers and any serious prospective buyers
Qualify all prospective buyers in advance
Explain in detail all documents, actions, and procedures
Accompany you to settlement, explaining the entire process before, during, and after settlement
If you are moving to another area, I will coordinate the sale of your home here with the purchase of a new home
